Natalie & The Clumsy Yogi
Natalie's passion for helping others was fostered through The Girl Scouts of America which she was a part of through graduating high school. During her time at The University of South Florida, Natalie became Group Fitness Certified and hit the ground running teaching classes, attending educational trainings and earning new certifications whenever she could. After taking a 20- Hour YogaFit certification, Natalie was hooked and knew her yoga journey was just beginning.

After Natalie received her B.S in Health Sciences from USF, she booked her travels to Rishikesh, India. The Yoga Capital of the World. She spent two months studying Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at Yoga Vidya Mandiram, a Yoga Alliance Certified school tucked away into the Himalayan Mountains and Ganges River in Northern India.

After returning to Florida, Natalie began instructing yoga on the beach and got back to her roots with all kinds of group fitness classes. Soon after, she began her work as an Activities Assistant at an Assisted living and Memory Care Facility. It wasn't long before The Clumsy Yogi was born and Natalie was bringing chair yoga to the geriatric and memory care population.

Since its creation, The Clumsy Yogi has grown from offering Chair Yoga to so many new wellness modalities. We offer inclusive Chair Yoga, Chair Fitness, Water Aerobics, Art Activities, and Private Training geared towards the aging and memory care population.

About Donna
Donna began her love of yoga by attending many different styles of yoga classes as a young adult. As she became a Mom and an Elementary School Teacher she continued to take classes when her schedule allowed. She fell in love with Hot and Restorative Yoga and the way they made her feel during and after each class. In 2019, Donna completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher training at St. Petersburg Yoga in St. Petersburg, Florida. She recently retired as an Elementary School Principal and is excited to embark on this new journey teaching the joy of yoga to adults in Senior Living Facilities.
