About the event
Join Typseagypsea & The Clumsy Yogi for a dynamite dynamic dual workout. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature, join us for a 45 minute HIIT strength session followed by a 45 minute sunset candle lit yoga session. Spots are limited and secured through preregistration. Walk-ins available if space allows. Must sign event waiver and liability waiver. Please bring a large and small towel, a yoga mat, and plenty of water.
